Qualifications: Bachelor of Arts Degree in Education from Nicholls State University with certification in regular education grades 1 - 8 and special education grades 1 - 12 Library Science Certification from the University of New Orleans for grades K - 12.
Mrs. Lacey Z. Doucet
Hi! I am your child's librarian, Mrs. Lacey Z. Doucet. The students are allowed to call me Ms. Lacey. The 2024 - 2025 school year begins my 24th year of teaching in St. Charles Parish Public Schools, and my 17th year as a librarian. I started my teaching career in 2001 - 2002 at R. J. Vial, where I also student taught. I am thrilled to be with the community of people I love!
